Services
All of our services are provided at low or no cost to registered families living in our service area. If you do not live in Southwest Riverside County, you may still access our services, but on a fee-for-service basis. In order to access ANY services at the center, you must do the following:
- Register your child(ren) as a client (s)
- Complete an income verification form
- Complete a liability waiver
- Read, sign, and agree to our service policy
- Submit proof of income
To obtain the forms, click on each of the links above. Your paperwork must be completed before an appointment can be scheduled. To have a packet mailed to you, please call the center.
